The bouquet is still youthful, fruity. We find ripe black fruit, jam, prunes, but nothing overripe. Very Mediterranean, spicy. Rather the southern Rhone than the northern. Dry, moderate acidity, strong body and full taste of overripe fruit, jam. There are not many tannins and they are nicely ripe. Game and veal livers will thank you.
