The bouquet is quite restrained, after reddish fruits, raspberries. Dry mouth, stronger. moderate acids, and the aromatic charge in the mouth says much more than the bouquet had promised. We also find spicy notes, dry spices. With a nice long aftertaste. We drink very chilled, our choice for an aperitif.
