Dry mouth, acids are moderate, the body is strong. Everything is ripe, maintains freshness and liveliness. The fruit charge in the mouth is very good, one pinch more length, and we get a really exceptional wine. Finesa merlotta and cabernet sauvignon together with the wild nature of refoška gives a really nice web, and syrah connects everything into a whole. Very good, well-kept Istrian variety. Lamb, venison or pork, Mezzo Forte fits perfectly.
