The wine is of medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is more intense, smelling of parsley, carrot, white peach, yellow fruit and pineapple. In the mouth, the wine is dry, but not completely, moderately acidic, the texture is slightly oily, and the taste is quite intense. Sauvignon of medium body, with slightly more mature characteristics where there are fewer herbal and green notes.
