It is immediately recognizable by its gentle ruby red color with garnet shades. The aroma is moderately accentuated, Pinoic and reminiscent of fresh red fruit with a slight smoky note. In the mouth, the intensity escalates. It is dry and juicy with mature acids and full body. The wine is more reminiscent of the old than the new world and takes on a nice taste with its fruitiness. It goes well with roasted mushrooms and steak.
