A wonderful example of elegance and complexity. The wine of soft red rubies, gives the luxury of aromas of ripe red fruit, cherries, late strawberries, smoke and glimpses of forest undergrowth with a hint of spiciness of white pepper. Dry, low in tannins, although for Pinot Noir they are still rich, ripe, which contributed to the age of the vineyard. Medium-rich body of mature acids, offers a long aftertaste. We will offer it with mushrooms, smoked fish or venison.
