A dry red wine with a ruby red colour, moderate acidity and moderate alcohol content. It reflects all of the characteristics of the Istrian temperament and land. It is fresh and has a full flavour. On the surface the taste of pepper, soft fruit and raspberry can be detected. The process of integrated production and wine maturation in oak barrels makes it even richer and nobler. Our Refosco received the quality badge from the Istrian Wine Consortium.
